Good Daze Studio is a BIPOC woman-owned, survivor-led wellness art studio in the west end of Tkaronto (aka Toronto, Canada). We host trauma-informed writing workshops, sound baths, breathwork practices, and other wellness focused modalities.

Separation has become the norm in our western culture---but it is connection and co-regulation that heal us, and so our mission at Good Daze is to create a safe space where people can practice wellness in community. It's our hope that within these walls you will create new connections that support your wellbeing. We are honoured to hold space for you look and forward to welcoming you into our community!
