Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your session to remove your shoes and settle in. Outside food is not allowed in the studio. Cell phones must remain on silent and photos/videos may not be taken of other participants without their expressed consent.

Guests ages 17+ are welcome to attend any of our classes or services.

Guests ages 10-16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and may not attend any sessions where trauma may be openly discussed.

Products

Due to limited volumes, all sales are final. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.

Events

All private sessions are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Workshop and event tickets are final sale but can be transferred to another guest if 24 hours notice if provided.

We open our doors 15 minutes prior to the start time of each event so that you can remove your shoes, use the bathroom if needed, and settle in. Our doors close at the stated event start time and late entry is not permitted.

Any clients who are late and do not make it into their event or workshop will not receive a refund for their missed session.
